CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Before Shipment

  • Customers may cancel their order anytime before the product is shipped.

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit (as chosen by customer).

  • If the order was Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation will simply nullify the order (no charges).

 

b) After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Customers may request a return/refund after delivery under the Return & Refund Policy.

 

2. Partial Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel specific items in a multi-item order before shipment.

  • Refunds will be processed for the cancelled items only.

  • If cancellation reduces order value below “Free Shipping” threshold, shipping charges may apply.

 

3. Cancellation by Store

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Stock unavailability (size/color out of stock).

  • Payment issues (failed or fraudulent transaction).

  • Invalid shipping address/contact details.

  • Regulatory restrictions (product cannot be shipped to certain locations).

  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 2–5 working days.

 

4. Refund Timelines (for Cancelled Orders)

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund within 2–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.

  • COD Orders: No refund needed (since payment not collected).

  • Wallet/Store Credit: Instant reversal to customer’s account.

 

5. Special Conditions

  • Bulk or Customized Orders: Non-cancellable once confirmed.

  • Festive/Seasonal Sales: Cancellations may be restricted due to high demand.

  • Coupon/Discount Orders: If cancelled, coupon code may not be re-issued unless policy permits.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure correct size, color, and delivery address before placing the order.

  • Repeated order cancellations, COD rejections, or fraudulent activity may lead to:

    • Restriction of COD facility, or

    • Suspension of account.

 

7. Grievance Redressal

  • For unresolved cancellation issues, customers may contact our Grievance Officer.

  • Contact details will be displayed on the website/app.

  • Complaints will be resolved within 30 days in compliance with Consumer Protection (Ecommerce) Rules, 2020.
